It's always good that you send me as many references and descriptions as possible, it can be image, text, video, etc. as long as it's clear. this will help me get something very close to what you expect from your commission on the screen :3

I do not make refunds.
My delivery time is one to three weeks from the payment date. that I can deliver before, but keep in mind that my deadline is this . If you want something urgently, an extra fee can be negotiated.
If there are queues and the deadline is longer than stated above, I'll let you know before we close the deal so that there are no problems
If you want to commission me for +18 content, you must have to be an adult.
I will send you WIP's (Work In Progress, or simply updates on how your service is doing) as I work, and you are free to give me feedback on what you think. In fact, I will only proceed with the work after submitting a WIP if you inform me that you agree with what you see.
You can request changes to the design while it is still in the sketch, but don't overdo it. If you want very radical changes beyond what was agreed at the beginning, you will be charged for this and the service will continue to be paused until payment is made.
Unless you, the customer, ask me not to do it, I am allowed to post the commissions I make on my social networks.
The commissioned arts are exclusively for personal use. If you want something for commercial use, let me know in advance.
